Between 12:00 UTC and 14:25 UTC on 21 October 2025, a power delivery failure in the Azure West US region resulted in an impact on a subset of Azure services. Access to Collabspace was impacted and customers may have experienced network disruption symptoms when attempting to access US teams in Collabspace.
